Bio: His parents were both killed by criminals that used alchemy. He survived only by hiding silently in his attic. He hates them and searched for them for a year untill he went back home. Then he tried to use alchemy to bring his parents back to life. He failed misserably. He left his home permanently after that and became a mercenary at first. He was then recruited by the millitary. He was an assassin for them after that. He killed his enemies coldly. He felt alot of pain but never really cared. He forgot all about his parents and how he became military and focused only on his target from then on, mainly because he had no one to care for him.

I think being able to use alchemy without transmutation is a bit over powered and with no explanation why.

Also, if your character failed to bring your parents back to life he'd have a major price he had to pay.

And I think you need to take the 'No transmutation circle' thing up with Roy first.
